BWT Osmotron Pro generates high end quality of purified water. In order to keep the purified water during storage and distribution continuously free of microbial growth further treatment is required. Therefore the compact system Loopo was developed as the perfect combination. Loopo includes an own control and monitoring system for stand-alone operation, but alternatively can be controlled by the Osmotron system. There are three different Loopo types available with capacities ranging from 5000 to 60,000 l/h. Either with a combination of continuous electrolytical ozonisation, UV and cooling for ambient storage and distribution, or with heating for hot storage and sanitisation.
Loopo combines various process components in one compact skid: variable speed-distribution pump, electrolytic ozone generation with ozone measuring device and UV for ozone destruc- tion. As a standard loop flow rate, conductivity, pressure and temperature are continuously measured and monitored to comply with the current EP/USP monitoring regulations. Inline TOC measuring is optionally available.
