The blender from L.B. Bohle can be used by many different clamping systems in all production sceneries of pharmaceutical solid dosage production. It does not matter if a customer prefers a round or square container. With the patented mixing elements, which are mounted on the inside of the container lid, all blending systems allow a very homogenous blend-ing of the powder batch. The scaling can be done from 14 up to 12 000 l for each process. By default all blending containers up to a volume of 2400 l are performed as exchangeable containers. Due to the special mixing method an effective blending of the product charge between 20 to 85 % with a density of 0.2 to 1.2 kg/dm³ is enabled. The blender works by using a lifting column, so that the container can be adjusted for a height up to 8000 cm. All Bohle blenders are characterised by a long life cycle.
